New Nails inc

Nails inc and Fabulous magazine that comes with the news of the world have had an offer of free nails inc nail polish and I got mine tonight. Yay! I absolutely love nails inc so had to get these. All I had to do was collect 3 tokens out of four from the magazine for the last four weeks, so easy. I got a bit worried that I wouldn't get them as the news of the world released it last paper on Sunday. I went to Tesco which is where it says to collect them and they handed them over, so I didn't need to worry after all haha. The colours that where included in the set are Atomic (left) and OMP (right). I haven't had a chance to test them yet but can't wait to now.
Boots also had an offer on lately with Dove. A free nails inc nail polish when two dove deodorants are purchased. There where two colours to choice from and I got both. I may sound crazy buying four deodorants but as my skin is very sensitive I find dove is the only one that I can use with out causing a reaction. I also have three sisters and you know how that is ... things seem to go missing lol. The colours that where on offer where Copacabana (left) and Havana (right). I have tried both of these and I love Havana.

Today's nails

I decided to brighten things up with my nails today. I couldn't decide on a colour so just went with five that I'v been meaning to try out. Three of them are from Dunnes (thumb to index) that I got 3 for €7.50 and the other two are from Penny's that where €2.50 each. The last two are uv reactive.

Fun with Nail Polish

Took this a while ago unfortunately the photo is not great. I was playing around with nail polishes and designs. The middle one is defiantly my favourite and have worn this regularly in those colours and other depending on what I'm wearing. The first one is my least favourite as I'm not really into straight lines! The Zebra print one didn't turn out great here as the black was not dry when I applied the top coat and it got smudged. I have done this since and have let it dry longer so turned out great especially with pink and black.

1. Shoes!!!

Well I was thinking that I'd start with shoes on my favourites list. These are my Jimmy Choos that I got in H&M last year. They where limited edition and I queued for hours for them in the freezing cold. Well worth it though as I got the last pair. They are very high and I won't wear them in the rain in case I ruin them. (I'm very paranoid) I don't mind the height as I also bought the flat pumps to match so I take them with me when I wear them so I can swap around if my feet start to hurt or for walking home. I also bought the over sized clutch bag to match as I just can't get enough of zebra print at the moment.

My Favourite Things

It's been ages since I'v last been on here and a lot has changed since then. I'm back at college so have been very busy studying ha. Anyway I was thinking that for the next week I'll post all my favourite things. Still not exactly what things they will include but I guess make up, clothes, places, food, books, skin care and maybe some other things that I think of along the way. I was thinking that After that I might post the list of things that I'v always wanted to do and try complete some of them.

Something new that I made

I made this bag about a week or two ago after seeing a tutorial on threadbanger.com. It's not the same material as they used but wanted to use what I had. It was really easy to make and got me back into sewing which I haven't been doing in ages. The flower's where confusing at first but I eventually got the hang of it, the beads I got off my sister ( she makes jewelery so has loads) the other fabric I used was old denim from a pair of jeans I make into a skirt. I used an old broken hair band that had a chain as the wrist band. I love being able to make something new out of something old if that makes sense. I didn't have to buy anything for this bag so I happy. I recently also made to giant beanbags out of a few old smaller ones. I used old curtans for the outside covers and material from old sheets for the inner part and zips that I have had for ages. It was also the first time that I used my new glue gun which I had a lot of fun using and also learnt not to put my finger on the hot glue haha.

My New Challenge

So I've set myself a new challenge this week. I've done a few of the Zumba classes a while ago and have now got the DVDs which look like great fun. I've decided to try and do one workout everyday for the nest few weeks and see how I get on. I had fun doing it in classes and now can do it at anytime that suits me so should be a lot easier to stick to plus a lot cheaper! I even got the shaker hand weights which are really fun to use as long as I don't keep hitting myself in the head with them ha ha. Me and my sister have done two of the workouts so far and yes it's hard but we just keep laughing through the whole workout and it's really good at motivating you. There's also a basic workout that bring you step by step through all the move that you'll be doing, good to have if you get confused easily like me! I hope I do actually stick to this and if I do I'll be fit in no time!
